Rachelle Marie "Shelle" Tracy, 56, of Imperial died May 7, 2023, in St. Louis. Ms. Tracy was a digital risk analyst and a lifelong St. Louis Blues fan. She was a member of the St. Louis Stray Rescue community through multiple adoptions, donations, supply drives and community events. She was born June 15, 1966, in St. Louis.
A celebration of life will be held privately. Memorials may be made to St. Louis Stray Rescue.
