Kenneth Wayne Reese, 80, of De Soto died Sept. 19, 2023, at his home. Mr. Reese served in the U.S. military before becoming an entrepreneur. He created his own business, Quality Auto Care. He was known for his generosity, his strength and tireless work ethic. He loved spending time with his family, sharing stories and passing on his wisdom and values to the younger generations. Born July 20, 1941, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Glenna Mae (Gant) and Delmar Roscoe Reese.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Audrey Reese of De Soto; two children: Kenneth Duan Reese and Tracy Lynn Reese; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
A private celebration of life will take place. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
