Todd P. Kozloski, 54, of De Soto died Jan. 16, 2025. Mr. Kozloski built fences and raised cattle on the family farm. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He enjoyed spending time with family, watching baseball and collecting Cardinals memorabilia. In recent years, he found his calling as a maintenance man at an assisted living home, where he was able to see his mom regularly. He will be remembered as a friendly and happy guy who often brought smiles to the faces of the residents. Born June 9, 1970, in Crystal City, he was the son of Patricia (White) Kozloski of Hillsboro and the late Donald L. Kozloski.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two siblings: Lisa Kozloski of Hillsboro and Elizabeth (Jason) Mueller of Eureka; 11 nieces and nephews: Jessica Kozloski, Jackie Young, Jodie Bates, Jill Kozloski, Matt Warhover, Erin Bedwell, Martha Warhover, Alexis Nash, Linzey Hulsey, Clara Mueller and Gabriel Mueller; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Gina Warhover; and a brother: John Kozloski.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from 1 p.m. until a memorial service at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto, officiated by Deacon Ed Boyer. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
