Shirley E. Knight, 42, of Arnold died Sept. 4, 2026. Ms. Knight was a member of the ACPD Overdose Awareness and the WHS Senior Parents Club. She earned an associate's degree in nursing. Born Oct. 12, 1983, she was the daughter of Linda (Rhodes) and the late Dale Wieda.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her significant other: Christopher Hadggega; five children: Connor Knight, Kennedie Knight, Annie-Lynn Worley, Jayden Hadggega and Gavin Hadggega; two siblings: Dale L. (Mikayla) Wieda and Stephanie (Paul) King; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 2 p.m. until services at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. A celebration of life will follow at 5 p.m. at the Meramec Arnold Elks, 1515 Miller Road, in Imperial. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
