Rose Mary Timmons, 81, of Festus died Aug. 3, 2024, at her home. Mrs. Timmons was a member of Radiant Life Church and worked as a certified medicine technician for Nazareth Living Center. Born April 5, 1943, in Des Arc, she was the daughter of the late Ruth (Buecke) and Obadiah “Obie” Eldridge.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Lee Timmons.
She is survived by a daughter: Angela Ruth (Charles) Sutton of Festus; and a granddaughter: Melody Sutton.
She also was preceded in death by a daughter: Tamela Lee Timmons; three siblings: William Eldridge, Theresa (the late Benny) Grammar and Ronald Eldridge; and two grandchildren: Amanda Cornman and Anthony Cornman.
Visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until a service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Pastor Randy Gray. Burial will be in Mountainview Cemetery in Des Arc. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
