Richard H. Woolard, 80, of Collinsville, Ill., died March 2, 2025, in Cypress, Texas. Mr. Woolard was born Dec. 13, 1944, in Westville, Okla., and was the son of the late Charles Hugh and Eva (Greathouse) Woolard.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Judy Woolard.
He is survived by a sister: Wilmadean Sellens; a granddaughter: Ella Cook; and many other family members and friends.
He also was preceded in death by six siblings: Manuel Woolard, Walter (PeeWee) Woolard, Ethel Eubanks, Hugh Woolard Jr., Dona Jones and James Woolard.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 13, at Hope Lutheran Church, 2308 Gravois Road, in High Ridge. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
