Raymond R. Sielfleisch, 66, of Byrnes Mill died May 5, 2026. Mr. Sielfleisch was a dedicated roofer for 50 years, following in his father’s footsteps. Known for his hard work and love of animals, he spent countless hours with his daughter tending to the horses and enjoying the peace of the countryside. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He was also known for driving around in his red truck, stopping to visit friends wherever he went. He loved listening to all types of music while sitting in his garage, working on trucks, tractors and farm equipment, finding satisfaction in fixing things with his hands. He will be remembered for his kind soul, loyal friendship and love for family and country life. Born April 8, 1960, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late John W. and JoAnn (Grosche) Sielfleisch.

He is survived by his wife: Terri Sielfleisch; a daughter: Emily Sielfleisch; five siblings: Terri Muckler, Jackie Berg, Michelle Germany, Carolyn Sielfleisch and Mike Sielfleisch; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by a brother: John Sielfleisch.

Visitation is scheduled for 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A funeral ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, May 14, at Chapel Hill Mortuary. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
