Patricia Ann Lowe, 88, of Imperial died Jan. 5, 2025, in Ozark. Mrs. Lowe was a homemaker and attended Grace Freewill Baptist Church in Arnold. Born March 4, 1936, in Qulin, she was the daughter of the late Alma Lee (Hargrove) and Johnnie Curtis Osborn.
She is survived by her husband: Riley W. Lowe of Forsyth; two children: Terry (Ronald) Skief of Forsyth and Ronnie (Renée) Lowe of Imperial; three siblings: Claudie (Wanda) Osborn of Arnold, Juanita (James) Fowler of Lake St. Louis and Shirley (Ray) Pride of Arnold; five grandchildren: Daniel (Meghan) Skief, Lauren (Joseph) Ruma, Ryan (Goldie) Lowe, Ross (Lauren) Lowe and Rachel Lowe; eight great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled for 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County. Services are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
