Stacy, Lindell

Lindell Raymond “Ray” Stacy, 87, of Barnhart died Feb. 1, 2026. Mr. Lindell was a retired teacher, counselor and administrator of Fox C-6 School District, last serving as principal at Seckman Junior High School in Imperial. He was a member of Grace Free Will Baptist Church of Arnold. He enjoyed caring for his family and the pets they shared with him. He was an advisor and counselor to others, sharing biblical wisdom with those who would listen. He also loved cowboy movies, bluegrass music, going to church, reading, hanging out with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and listening to his grandson play the banjo. He was also a world traveler. He will be remembered as a loyal friend who was ready to give advice, along with the name of a good book. Born Aug. 3, 1938, in Fredericktown, he was son of the late Lendal and Regina Stacy.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Mildred Stacy.

He is survived by two daughters: Leanna Stacy (Scott) Lueders and Michelle Stacy (Bill) Weeks, both of Imperial; seven grandchildren: Alexis Lueders (Charlie) Seitz, Travis (Marketa) Lueders, Kurtis Lueders, Bailey Lueders, Lindsay Weeks, Melissa Weeks and Billy Weeks; and three great-grandchildren: Charley Seitz, Otto Seitz and Waylon Seitz; four siblings: John Stacy of Farmington, James Stacy of Farmington, Anna Stacy Hurt of Ironton and Donna Stacy Schreiber of Farmington.

He also was preceded in death by two brothers: David and Eddie Jo Stacy; and a sister: Jenny Stacy Moss.

Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, at Grace Free Will Baptist Church, 2258 Tenbrook Road, Arnold, 63010. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Grace Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will be in Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials may be made to any local charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home in Arnold.
