Leslie Denise Stephan, 70, of Farmington died June 22, 2024. Mrs. Stephan worked as a CNA for Crystal Oaks for many years. She enjoyed doing crafts and diamond paintings and working with epoxy. She was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. Born March 10, 1954, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Leslie "Steve" and Dorothy (Reichenbacher) Stephens.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Timothy J. Stephan.
She is survived by five children: Richard (Angela) Roy of High Ridge, Mark (Lisa) Martin of Rockport, Texas, Patrick (Brandi) McCartney of House Springs, Shawn McCartney of House Springs and Stephenie Roy of St. Louis; 12 grandchildren: Tabitha, Lauren, Bobby, Aleah, Breanna, Gavin, Gage, Maximus, Jazmyn, Alessia, Shawn Jr. and Grace: a great-grandchild: Skylar; friends: Beula "Jean" and Mark McCartney of De Soto; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers: Dennis Lee (Bobbie) Stephens, William Frances (Judy) Stephens and Gary Lynn (Cheryl) Stephens.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
