JoAnn (Schierhoff) Lawson, 86, of Fenton died May 13, 2025, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton. Mrs. Lawson worked at Bitrode Manufacturing for 25 years. She enjoyed spending summers at Clearwater Lake in Piedmont. She was known for her loving and sweet yet ornery personality and for being sharp as a tack. Born Jan. 1, 1939, on a farm in St. Louis County, she was the daughter of the late Mary and Frank Schierhoff.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Lawrence Lawson.
She is survived by a son: John Lawson of Fenton; a daughter: Cindy (Mike) Boerner of Imperial; two grandchildren: Johnathan (Ashley) Lawson of Fenton and Austin Boerner of Imperial; and a great-grandchild: Sophie Lawson of Fenton.
Services are scheduled from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
