Joan Elizabeth Falcetti, 82, of Jackson, formerly of Imperial, died May 30, 2025, at the Villas of Jackson. Mrs. Falcetti was a graduate of Ironton High School and a longtime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Arnold. She enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren, sitting on her porch, going to the lake and listening to music. Born June 7, 1942 in Arcadia, she was the daughter of the late Arminta and Lando Bird.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years: Richard “Dick” Falcetti, whom she married July 14, 1962, in Imperial.
She is survived by three children: Becky (John) Howard of Huntersville, N.C., Amy (Mike) Beussink of Jackson and Scott (Lisa) Falcetti of Sunset Hills; eight grandchildren: Margaret (Emily) Howard, Lexi (Hunter) Williams, Addie (Jeff) Womack, Ian Howard, Blake Howard, Colby (Sara) Beussink, Elise Falcetti and Camden Falcetti; three great-grandchildren: Lee, June, and Blaire; and several nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by nine siblings.
A memorial visitation is scheduled from 4 p.m. until services at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1801 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold, officiated by the Rev. Karen Kitchen. Private inurnment will be held at a later date in Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to the Villas of Jackson. Arrangements are under the direction of McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.
