Jerry Glenn Gray, 78, of Pevely died March 9, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mr. Gray was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was the president of the Windsor Lake Rod and Gun Club and was a member of the District 7 Water Board. Born Jan. 25, 1946, in Clarksdale, Miss., he was the son of the late Helen (Barnes) and Alvin Gray.
He is survived by his wife: Mary (Fields) Gray; two children: Kelly Perry of Pevely and Jerry D. Gray of Pevely; two grandchildren: Bailey Gray and Wyatt Gray; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Bill (Cathy survives of Lebanon) Gray, Bob Gray and W.M. Gray.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Wednesday, March 13, at Vinyard Funeral Home Hillcrest, 9115 Commercial Blvd., in Pevely. Burial will be in Sandy Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home Hillcrest.
