Janet E. (Uhlinger) Gangloff, 86, of Arnold died Dec. 16, 2025. Mrs. Gangloff was a homemaker and a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Born April 6, 1939, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Esther (Lichtenberg) Uhlinger and Robert Uhlinger Sr.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: Joseph B. Gangloff.
She is survived by four children: Connie (Vince) Travers of Imperial, John Gangloff of Affton, Jim (Diane) Gangloff of O'Fallon and Lisa (Kevin) Underwood of Affton; four grandchildren: Nick (Sarah) Zimmerman of Imperial, Paige (Mike) Laux of St. Louis, Cole Gangloff of San Francisco and Sheldon Underwood of Affton; great-grandchildren: Greyson, Ellery, Elliot and a great-granddaughter on the way; a sibling: Rick (Cindy) Uhlinger of Hillsboro; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by a sibling: Bob (Libby survives) Uhlinger.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Arnold. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
