Helen Marie Schuh, 89, of Hillsboro died Dec.15, 2025, in Farmington. Mrs. Schuh was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. She enjoyed going to yard sales, playing bingo, shopping, eating out and spending time with her grandchildren. Born Oct. 9, 1936, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Genevieve and Thomas O’Brien.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Edward Schuh, whom she married on Nov. 28, 1953, in St. Louis.
She is survived by three children: Edward (Karen) Schuh Jr., Janet Davis and Thomas (Robin) Schuh, all of Hillsboro; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and many friends.
She also was preceded in death by four siblings: Thomas O’Brien, Donald O’Brien, Leroy Patrick O’Brien and Genevieve Cordes; and a grandson: Joe Davis.
A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary, Robert Brown Chapel.
