Helen (Hall) Skaggs, 86, of Cedar Hill died Dec. 9, 2023, at Arbor View Nursing Home in Cedar Hill. Mrs. Skaggs battled Myasthenia Gravis and dementia in her last years. She was known as a woman of strong faith. Born Aug. 11, 1937, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Ward and Edward Hall.
She is survived by six children: Roy (Linda) Groves, Carla (Gary)McMahan, Don Groves, Ron (Angie) Skaggs, Susan (Denny) Baker and Stacy Holdman; 12 grandchildren; 10 great children; and many nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by two husbands; a sister; a brother; a grandson and a granddaughter.
