Frances Ellen Clemmons, 80, of Festus died July 30, 2025, in Fenton. Mrs. Clemmons worked as a store manager. She also was a Christian. Born April 23, 1945, in South Dakota, she was the daughter of the late Ruby (Russom) and Alton Pratt.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years: Randall Clemmons of Festus; a child: Cynthia Kay (Robert) Arb of Fenton; five grandchildren: Stephanie Kennedy of Festus, Wesley Kennedy of Festus, Nicole Wiethop of Fenton, Caleb Arb of Hermitage, Tenn., and Michael Arb of Fenton; 11 great-grandchildren: Bianca, Jalen, Uriah, Cameron, Ellie, Selah, Sonnett, Sestina, James, Peter and Bennett; two siblings: Debbie (John) Alley of Clifton, Tenn., and Dolores Jean Russell of Selmer, Tenn.; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a child: Tammy Kennedy; and three siblings: Gary Pratt, Johnny Pratt and Doug Pratt.
