Diane Rene Miller, 74, of Crystal City died July 21, 2026, at her home. Ms. Miller dedicated her career to serving others as a caseworker for the state of Missouri. In her free time, she enjoyed quilting. Most of all, she loved spending time with her son and grandchildren. She was a member of Calvary Chapel in Festus. Born June 27, 1952, in East St. Louis, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Russell Edward Lohrum Sr. and Erma (Burgdorf) Lohrum.
She is survived by a son: Matthew (Tyneal) Miller of Dittmer; three sisters: Kathleen (the late Gene) Cotton of Anna, Ill., Janice (Ronald) Post of Lake St. Louis and Sherri (Bob) Baker of Belleville, Ill.; three grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Russell E. Lohrum Jr.; and a sister: Barbara Lohrum.
A graveside service was held July 27 in Peaceful Ridge Cemetery, officiated by Parker Scott. Memorials may be made to Calvary Chapel in Festus. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
