Darleen Allmeroth, 74, of House Springs died June 15, 2024. Mrs. Allmeroth was an avid horseback rider and dog show enthusiast. She enjoyed hot rods and had a reputation as a “lead foot.” She enjoyed being in the company of animals, being adventurous and helping others. Born April 3, 1950, in St. Louis she was the daughter of the late Courtney and Loretta (Vonder Haar) Allmeroth.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Trimble.
She is survived by a brother: Dale (Patricia) Allmeroth; two stepchildren: Matthew Trimble and Amy Trimble; and many other family members, friends, dogs and horses.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Dean Allmeroth.
A memorial Mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 4696 Notre Dame Drive, in House Springs. A graveside service will follow in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to Open Door Animal Sanctuary, P.O. Box 870, House Springs, 63051. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
