Cody Howard Pyatt, 20, of Festus died April 2, 2024. Mr. Pyatt, affectionately known as "Worm" by his father, enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, listening to music and working on cars. He will be remembered for his attention to detail and caring nature. Born Oct. 2, 2003, in Festus, he was the son of the late Davina R. Crane and Kenneth A. Pyatt.
He is survived by his brother: Chance Pyatt; his girlfriend: Victoria Husak; two grandmothers: Shirley Pyatt and Sue Crane; and many other family members and friends.
He also was preceded in death by two grandfathers: Howard Pyatt and Paul Crane; and an uncle: Paul Crane Jr.
Visitation is scheduled from 3 p.m. until a funeral service at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home, 313 Benham St., in Bonne Terre, officiated by Pastor Randy Murphy. Burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home.
