Cheryl M. Morrison, 74, of Farmington died April 8, 2025, at Southbrook Nursing Center in Farmington. Ms. Morrison had worked as a fraud investigator for General American Insurance Co. and was a member of VFW Post 1831 Auxiliary and Amvets Post 48. Born Feb. 7, 1951, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late Edward Ross and Cecile (Davis) Null.
She is survived by six children: Chris (Jennifer) Morrison of Farmington, Kevin (Sarah) Morrison of Belle, Kim Armstrong of Hillsboro, Robert Morrison of Festus, Denise Johnston of Festus and John Morrison Jr. of Festus; 17 grandchildren: Lauren, Brendan, Nadine (Luke), Charlie, Kaylee, Chloe (Travis), Ross, Callea, Oliver, Natalie, Jack, Jaden, Florence, Crosby, Bo, Baileigh and Brooke; 15 great-grandchildren; and two siblings: Doris (the late Harry) Johnson of De Soto and Norman (the late Leola) Null of De Soto.
She was preceded in death by four siblings: Carole (Ken) McManus, Donald (Sandra) Null, Glynn (Doris) Null and Ronald Null.
Visitation is scheduled from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, April 14, at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Ron Beaton. Burial will be in the De Soto City Cemetery.
