Charlotte (Reeves) Blow, 79, of Austin, Ark., formerly of Festus, died Nov. 7, 2025, at her home. Mrs. Blow worked as an insurance and real estate agent in Festus. She enjoyed gardening, DIY projects, traveling, riding her motorcycle and bicycle, going fishing and camping. Born June 4, 1946, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Gussie (Goad) and Charles “Red” Reeves.
She was preceded in death by her husband: W.C. “Joe” Blow.
She is survived by two children: Michael Coleman of Festus and Julie (Stan) Stanbrough of Cabot, Ark.; six grandchildren: Brynne (Clayton) Smith, Audrey (Eric) Oh, Joelle (Dennis) Little, Sydney Coleman, Dalton Sheets and Olivia Coleman; a great-grandson: Elliot Smith; and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers: Walter “Jack” (Elenor) Reeves, Cecil (Shirley) Reeves and Charles “Junior” (Nettie) Reeves; and four sisters: Lorene (Barger) Cox, Delores Matthews, Alma (George) Schmidt and Irene (Floyd) Durfee.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Drive, in Festus, officiated by Pastor Matt Culbertson. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
