Beverly Jo Ann Hurt, 76, of De Soto died Dec. 6, 2023, in Crystal City. Ms. Hurt was a homemaker. Born Feb. 7, 1947, in Blackwell, she was the daughter of the late Lillie Marie Brooks and Cecil Earl Counts.
She is survived by three sons: Bob Hurt Jr. of Park Hills, Ron Hurt of De Soto and John Hurt of De Soto; two daughters: Sherry Privett of Kansas and Loretta Hurt of De Soto; three brothers: George Nash of Park Hills, Jimmy Nash of Park Hills and Sonny Nash of Bonne Terre; two sisters: Carolyn Lewis of Middle Brooke and Darlene Caton of Kansas; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Wesley Nash; and a sister: Rhonda Lewis.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus, officiated by Pastor Ryan Sutton. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel.
