Arlon J. Noack, 80, of De Soto died March 18, 2024, in St. Louis County. Mr. Noack was a 1961 graduate of Hillsboro R-3. He was a 45-year employee and manager for A.B.B.-Westinghouse. He was a former member of the 735 Quartermaster Co., National Guard in De Soto. He also was a longtime member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in De Soto. He enjoyed working in his yard, helping others and spending time with family, especially his granddaughters. Born May 6, 1943, in Cedar Hill, he was the son of the late Gus and Bertha (Steinmeyer) Noack.
He is survived by his wife: Valerie R. Noack of De Soto; a son: Christopher J. (Betsy) Noack of Hillsboro; two granddaughters: Taylor A. Noack of Hillsboro and Lauren E. Noack of Hillsboro; two brothers: Ralph (Pat) Noack of De Soto and Richard (Becky) Noack of De Soto; and a sister: Grace (Gary) Russell of Hillsboro.
He was preceded in death by four brothers: Donald Noack, Elmer (Lillian) Noack, Arthur (Erna) Noack and A. Frank (Norma) Noack; and two sisters: Erna (Orlin) Weiss and Dorothy Noack.
Visitation is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. until a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1620 Boyd St., in De Soto. Burial will follow in Peaceful Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church of the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
