James Mark O'Brien, 67, of Pevely died Oct. 11, 2024, at Mercy Hospital. Mr. O’Brien was retired. Born Dec. 16, 1956, he was the son of the late Doris L. and Thomas W. O'Brien Sr.
He is survived by four siblings: Verna L. Gonzales of Ferguson, V'etta L. O'Brien of Ferguson, Thomas W. (Karrie M.) O'Brien II of Imperial and Kathleen M. (Patrick T.) Hudgin of Springtown, Texas; and many other family members and friends,
He was preceded in death by a sibling: Vickie L. Sheets.
Mr. O’Brien chose to donate his body to science.
