Christina Rae (Siars) Reece, 42, of Festus died Sept. 20, 2023. Mrs. Reece worked as a physician recruiter and was known for her involvement with the American Cancer Society as an ‘Ambassador of Hope’ and her charity initiatives benefiting those battling breast cancer. She loved spending time with her family on the beach and attending her children’s dance recitals and sporting events. Born Feb. 27, 1981, she was the daughter of Beverly (Rick) Siars Coppedge of Gerald and the late Michael Knipping.
In addition to her mother and stepfather, she is survived by her husband of 19 years: Christopher Reece; two children: Tyler and Abigail; seven siblings: Melanie (Jerry) Knipping of Florissant, Michael Knipping of Troy, Brian (Shelby) Knipping of Flint Hill, Tony Knipping of Troy, Angelia (James) Pyrtle of Owensville, Sharnea (James) Bedrosian (James) of Owensville and Joann (Steve) Ringeisen of Owensville; her grandmother: Shirley Siars; a brother and sister-in-law: William “Billy” and Laura Reece; her parents-in-law: Dennis and Tammy Reece; and 20 nieces and nephews. Visitation is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. until a funeral service at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, at Oak Bridge Community Church, 1989 Richardson Road, in Arnold. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
