Earl Francis ‘Junior’ Carrow Jr., 83, Festus

Earl Francis “Junior” Carrow Jr., 83, of Festus died Feb. 13, 2024, at Stonebridge Nursing Home in De Soto. Mr. Carrow was a life-long member of Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City. He served in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion 1000. He received a degree in mechanical drafting from Rankin Technical College and worked as a tool and die draftsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Born Dec. 9, 1940, in Pevely, he was the son of the late Alice Ethel (Leutzinger) and Earl Francis Carrow Sr.

He is survived by four siblings: Barbara (David) Jarvis of Hematite, Darlene Carrow of Hematite, Linda Heuer of House Springs and Anthony E. Carrow of Herculaneum.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service at noon Friday, Feb. 16, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W Main, in Festus, officiated by Father Michael Boehm. Internment with full military honors will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
