Norman Leonard “Bud” Livengood Jr., 61, of Richwoods died Jan. 4, 2017, at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. Mr. Livengood was an independent truck driver and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crystal City. He was a veteran of the U.S Army. Born July 9, 1955, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Rosemary Joan (Hobusch) and Norman Leonard Livengood Sr.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years: Barbara Ann (Johnson) Livengood of Richwoods; two daughters: Jessica L. Portugal of Richwoods and Samantha Donahue of High Ridge; a son: John D. Livengood of Chicago, Ill.; a sister: Violet Livengood of Eldon; a brother: Ronnie Livengood of San Diego, Calif.; his mother-in-law: Dorothy Johnson of Festus; and five grandchildren: Jaedyn, Emmanuel, Dayton, Kiera and Jacob.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Mike Scoggins; and his father in-law: Raymond Johnson.
A funeral service was held Jan. 10 at the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Hillsboro. Burial was in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
