Norman H. Kramer, 91, of Cedar Hill died Feb. 15, 2020, in Cedar Hill. Mr. Kramer was the organist for the St. Louis Blues from 1967 to 1972. He was a musician who enjoyed writing music. He grew up in the St. Louis area and attended Southside Catholic High School. He and his wife moved to the Jefferson-Franklin county area more than 30 years ago. Born July 9, 1928, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Laura and Engelbert Kramer.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years: Shirley (Barnes) Kramer; three children: Nancy (Dale) Williams of Illinois, Dawn (Jack) LaMar of High Ridge and Kim (Steve) Conway of Eureka: six grandchildren: six great-grandchildren; and numerous family members and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary, Cedar Hill.
