Noelle Stacey Kennedy, 47, of Hillsboro died July 8, 2015. Mrs. Kennedy was a member of Christian Outreach Church, the Creve Coeur Figure Skating Club, Metro Edge Figure Skating Club and “Nutcracker on Ice” at the Webster Groves Ice Arena. She was born July 13, 1967, in St. Louis, the daughter of Thomas Ross of De Soto and Joyce Ross.
She is survived by her husband: Daniel E. Kennedy her parents; two sons: Andrew Kennedy of Los Angeles and Alex Kennedy of Hillsboro; two daughters: Amanda Kennedy of Boston and Autumn L. Cooseman of Hillsboro; a brother: Christopher J. Ross of Wisconsin; and a grandson: Jerry Cooseman of Hillsboro.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at Christian Outreach Church, at Christian Outreach Church, 4430 Outreach Drive, in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
