Creamer, Myra

Myra Kathleen (Kaiser) Creamer, 91, of Festus died April 2, 2016, in St. Louis County. Mrs. Creamer was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Hillsboro and the Knights of Columbus Council 6401 Auxiliary. She was born March 29, 1925, in Kennett, the daughter of the late Enoch Harvey and Lue Ethel (Hyatt) Kaiser. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Richard R. Creamer Jr.

She is survived by five daughters: Charlotte M. (John) Baumann of St. Louis County, Linda A (Kenneth) Baldwin of Woodson Terrace, Karen L. (Stephen) Potts of Great Falls, Mont., Wanda L. (Timothy) Mohan of Des Peres and Betty J. Creamer of O’Fallon; a son: Richard R. Creamer III of St. Louis County; two sisters: Lue Ethel Howell of Sikeston and Sybil Jean Lasater of Murray, Ky.; a brother: Marion Calvin (Dorothy) Kaiser of Lewisburg, Tenn.; 14 grandchildren: Stephen, Kevin, Nicole, Jessica, Emily, Katie, Colleen, Jenny, Susie, Stacie, Daniel, Darla, Jennifer and Neil; and 10 great-grandchildren: Parker, Madaline, Kylie, Ethan, Cate, Christopher, Lucas, Abbey, Beatrice and Gertrude.

She was preceded in death by three sisters: Lillie Marie Huffman, Ruth G. Huffman and Evelyn M. Ronkoski; two brothers: Enoch H. Kaiser and George T. Kaiser; five brothers-in-law: Connie Howell, Joe Lasater, Edward Huffman, Jay Huffman and Jim Ronkoski; and a sister-in-law: Gail Kaiser.

Visitation is at 10 a.m. and a funeral Mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, April 7, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 703 Third St., in Hillsboro. Burial is in the Mount Hope Cemetery in St. Louis. A luncheon will be held immediately following at the Royal Orleans, 2801 Telegraph Road, in St. Louis County. Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Hillsboro or to the St. Agnes Home in Kirkwood. Arrangements are under the direction of the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
