Roberts, Mona

Mona Louise Roberts, 58, of High Ridge died Nov. 8, 2018, at her home. Ms. Roberts, who grew up in House Springs and attended Northwest High School, worked at the Northeast Public Sewer District in Fenton for several years. She loved animals and enjoyed playing bingo, and is remembered for her big heart and love for life and her family. She lived the life that made her happy. Born Nov. 16, 1959, in Washington, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Gloria and Gene Roberts.

She is survived by two sisters: Pat Moyer of Cedar Hill and Teresa (Joe) Lucas of House Springs; three nephews, Gary and Joshua Britton and Kristopher Skelton; two nieces: Jennifer Skelton and Amanda Lucas; an uncle: Glenn (Diann) Green of Summersville; and an aunt: Lavonne Green of Hartshorn.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Norma Skelton; and her grandparents: Chester and Elsie Green and Floyd and Anna Roberts.

Ms. Roberts chose to be cremated. Her ashes will be buried alongside her parents’ grave in Summersville at a later date. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
