Michael Ray Ives, 72, of Festus died May 15, 2023, at Festus Manor Care Center in Festus. Mr. Ives was born Nov. 3, 1950, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Sarah (Montalbano) and Leo Ives.
He is survived by his wife: Karen (Morgan) Ives of Festus; his children: Melissa (Robert) Huffman of Indianapolis, Ind., Christina (Rudy) Lopez of Brownsville, Texas, Sarah Cristea of Wentzville and Michael (Sarah) Ives of Arnold; five siblings: Sandy (the late Robert) Schooley of Cape Girardeau, Linda Ives of St. Louis, Debbie Ives of Barnhart, Mark (Debbie) Ives of Arnold and Brenda Wisniewski of St. Louis; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Leo (Sandy survives of Otto) Ives and Danny (Kathy survives of Las Vegas) Ives.
Private family services were held. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
