Michael Anthony Campanella, 24, of Hillsboro died May 5, 2020. He attended Hillsboro R-3 schools and was of the Lutheran faith. Born Dec. 22, 1995, in Crystal City, he was the son of Angela (Schroeder) Campanella of Pevely and Robert August Campanella of St. Louis.
He also is survived by three siblings: Jacob Casey of De Soto, Brett Campanella of Pevely and Ryan Evers of Hillsboro; and two grandparents: Ralph and Joey Schroeder of Hillsboro.
Services are private. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
