Merle “Dave” Wadlow, 62, of De Soto died Dec. 26, 2020, at his home. Mr. Wadlow was born April 7, 1958 in Ironton, the son of the late Mary Ethel (Sellers) and Merle Walter Wadlow. He was preceded in death by his wife: Valerie Heskett.
He is survived by four children: Matthew (Julie) Heskett of High Ridge; Amanda Lewis of De Soto, Angela (Chris) Heskett of Willow Springs and Raymond (Jamie) Wadlow of Byrnes Mill; 26 grandchildren; four siblings: Cathy (John) Lutz, Sandy Wadlow, Kim Pinkley and Pam (Jeff) Mossinghoff; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son: David Wadlow Sr.
A funeral service was held Jan. 2 at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill, followed by burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
