Maxine Bice, 89, of Festus died Aug. 22, 2025. Mrs. Bice was a real estate agent. Born May 8, 1936, in Savannah, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Nancy M. (Hardin) and John F. Doyle.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Bobby Bice.
She is survived by five grandchildren: Jerry (Cheryl) Bice, Tommy (Melissa) Bice, Crystal Gall, Lisa Reeves and Rocky (Sarah) Gall; and several great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by two daughters: Sharon Gall and Teresa Marshall; two sons: Danny Bice and Johnny Bice; and a sister.
Visitation is scheduled from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at the funeral home, officiated by William Pate. Burial will be in Hillsboro Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
