Mary C. Leftridge, 78, of De Soto died May 5, 2022, at her home in De Soto. Mrs. Leftridge had worked as a dental assistant for Dr. William Watson and owned and operated DML Masonry with her husband, Bill. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a volunteer at the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store in De Soto. Born Jan. 18, 1944, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late Kathryn (Hoyt) and Thomas James Bequette.
She is survived by her husband: Bill Leftridge; two sons: Dean (David Pyeatt) Leftridge and Gordon (Karen Lloyd) Leftridge, both of De Soto; and two siblings: Jim Bequette and Joan McCurdy, both of De Soto.
She was preceded in death by a brother: David Bequette; and a sister: LaVera Sorum.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday, May 9, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, at the funeral home, officiated by Ed Boyer. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul in care of Grace Boyer, 1517 Berry Dairy Road, De Soto MO 63020. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
