Luann Sue Frazier, 63, of Festus died Nov. 17, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Frazier was born Sept. 30, 1956, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Lodyce Agnes (Thoms) Dittmer and James Millard Scroggins. She was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Allen Frazier.
She is survived by a daughter: Calie Frazier of Festus; two grandchildren: Landon and Hannah Frazier; four sisters: Sandy Scroggins of Springfield, Renee Susan (Matthew) Bates of Festus, Cindy Lucas of Festus and Sandy Caldwell of Memphis, Tenn.; and two brothers: James “Pat” (Kelly) Scroggins of Festus and Tommie Ray (Janine) Scroggins of Festus.
She was preceded in death by a son: Cole Allen Frazier; and two stepfathers: Fred Roehrs and Clarence Dittmer.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Presbyterian/Methodist Cemetery in Festus. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
