Linda P. Dillow, 82, of Festus died June 16, 2020, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Dillow as an assembler at the Chrysler Corp. auto plant in Fenton and was a member of Local 110 of the United Auto Workers. She was born Oct. 2, 1937, in Knob Lick, the daughter of the late Paul G. and Agnes A. (LaChance) Fortner.
She is survived by her former husband: Donald R. Dillow Sr. of Barnhart; two children: Lou Anne (Gary) Schutte of De Soto and Donald R. (Pam) Dillow Jr. of Barnhart; four siblings: Wanda Grissom of Farmington, William (Montez) Fortner of Crystal City, Mary (Bob) Stacy of St. James and Debra Fortner of Crystal City; a sister-in-law: Mary Lou Fortner of Fredericktown; two grandchildren: Rickie Lynn (Jennifer) Lucas and Michelle (Bryan) Babot; and three great-grandchildren: Olivia, Ava Marie and Layla.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Denver Fortner; and a brother-in-law: Ray Grissom.
A memorial service will be held later. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, De Soto.
