Kathryn Sue Alley, 77, of Louisville, Ky., died Dec. 3, 2022, at Hosparus Health in Louisville. She was born Oct. 30, 1945, in Crystal City, the daughter of the late Dorothy June (Craig) and William Anthony Harris.
She is survived by her husband: Daniel E. Alley of Louisville; three children: Sayre E. (Kathleen Campisano) Reece of Washington, D.C., Katie (Jerad Davidson) Reece of Louisville and adopted daughter Lindsey McMillan of Louisville; and four grandsons: Ethan Daniel Burns, Jasper Reece Foresman, Chance Ottersbach and Arthur Carter. She was preceded in death by a great-aunt and uncle: Jeanette and Robert Ayers; and her grandmother: Hester Craig.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to St. Pius X High School and the Kentucky Humane Society. A memorial will be held in Louisville in January. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
