Joseph T. “No Show Joe” Spelman, 61, of St. Louis died Feb. 24, 2020, in St. Louis. Mr. Spelman worked as an auto mechanic. He was a longtime member and leader of the Statesmen Motorcycle Club. Born Dec. 23, 1958, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Viola V. (Gutjahr) and Joseph T. Spelman III.
He is survived by his fiancee: Annie Christopher of Affton; a brother: Butch (Valerie Vandiver) Drury of St. Louis; a sister: Pat Drury of Festus; and two uncles: Jesse Drury of Texas and Arin Drury of New York.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Carl Drury.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral services at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or the Lions Club. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
