JoAnn Crane, 69, of Barnhart died Jan. 22, 2023, at her home. Mrs. Crane was born Aug. 7, 1953, in LaSalle, Ill., the daughter of the late Anna (Grzeskowiac) and Joseph Hauptman.
She is survived by her husband: Rick Eugene Crane of Barnhart; four children: Annisa (Kristian) Wileman of Arnold, Brandon (Melanie) Crane of Pevely, Richie (Chelsea) Crane of Barnhart and Mary (Mike) Santoro of Festus; a sister: Janice (Rod) Smith of Oglesby, Ill.; eight grandchildren: Zach Crane, Lindsey Crane, Dylan Crane, Tyler Crane, Ashlyn Santoro, Michael Santoro, Kamryn Wileman and Addy Inman; and two great-grandchildren: Gemma Crane and Deliah Bryce.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Judy Hauptman; and two grandsons: Trenton Crane and Blake Wileman.
Visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. until a funeral service at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home, 9115 Commercial Blvd, in Pevely, officiated by Pastor Josh Gray. Memorials may be made to the PKD Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
