JoAnn Burch, 68, of Arnold died March 17, 2019, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Burch worked in child care. Born May 25, 1950, in Wardel, she was the daughter of LaVerne (Jack) Turpen and the late Billy Fout.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son: John Burch of Potosi; a daughter: Casey (Dan) Emily of Herculaneum; two grandchildren: Madison and Braeden; three brothers: David (Vanessa) Fout, Mark (Chris) Fout and Brian Turpen; and two sisters: Shelby (Chas) Dellermann and Cheryl (Donnie) Harden.
Memorial visitation is at noon and a memorial service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
