Joan Leslie (Wysong) Spencer, 66, of St. Louis died Nov. 26, 2018. Mrs. Spencer loved her work and enjoyed music and horses. Born June 2, 1952, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Maxine and Robert L. Wysong.
She is survived by a daughter: Alyssa N. (Greg) White of Pevely; three grandchildren: Landon Michael White of Pevely, Aylissa Leanne White of Pevely and Brennan A. White of Sullivan; and two brothers: Robert L. (Ree) Wysong of Lake St. Louis and Rick D. Wysong of Bonne Terre.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Johnny Wysong.
A memorial gathering is at 4 p.m. and a memorial service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home, 103 Fourth St., in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to any cancer research organization. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
