Jo-Taun Medley, 72, of O’Fallon died July 27, 2022, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Mrs. Medley was a member of the Faith Chapel Assembly of God Church and enjoyed collecting seashells on the beach. Born Dec. 22, 1949, in Quincy, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Virginia (Ford) and Lloyd Hagemeier.
She is survived by her husband: James Medley of O’Fallon; a daughter: Mona Kirby of Wentzille; two sons: Thomas (Gina) Medley of Fenton and Christopher (Joyce) Medley of Orange Park, Fla.; a brother: Jerry (Linda) Raulston of St. Peters; a sister-in-law: Mary Raulston; a brother-in-law: George O’Ravis; 13 grandchildren: Andrew, Kirsten, Hayley, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Sydney, Samantha, Caleb, Juliana, Dillion, Isabella, Carson and Cora Jo; three great-grandchildren: Cameillia, Nalani and Robin, with two more on the way; several nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Jim Raulston; a sister: Cheryl O’Ravis; and a great-grandson: Michael Jones.
Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
