Jo Ann Majdecki, 56, of Arnold died Oct. 28, 2021. Mrs. Majdecki was a certified public accountant. Born Sept. 30, 1965, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Plumpe) and the late George Nishimura.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years: Steve Majdecki; three brothers: James, David and Douglas Nishimura; a sister: Emi (Nishimura) LeJeune; and 14 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at Schrader Funeral Home, 14960 Manchester Road, in Ballwin. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Living Word United Methodist Church, 17315 Manchester Road, in Wildwood. Attendees are requested to wear yellow or St. Louis Cardinals apparel. Memorials may be made to Finding Grace Ministries in Arnold or Generation Next Academy in Kenya in care of New Hope UMC in Arnold. Arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home.
