Jeanne Carol Chick, 57, De Soto
Jeanne Carol Chick, 57, of De Soto died Feb. 7, 2016, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Chick was a truck driver. She enjoyed crocheting and raising timberwolves and spending time with her family. Born July 10, 1958, in Barstow, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Betty (Lockard) Chick.
She is survived by her companion: Ronald Harvey of Festus; a son: Michael A. (Christa) Chick of De Soto; four siblings: James (Debra) Chick of Hillsboro, Don “Joe” (Jennifer) Chick of Eureka; Janet Chick of De Soto and Anita (John Ottomeyer) Chick of Hillsboro; a grandson: James N. Chick of Festus; several nieces and nephews; and eight aunts and uncles: Gina and Lloyd Lockard of Corona, Calif., Reva and Harland Boosinger of Knob Noster, Ruth and Eric Viles of Knob Noster and Eleanor and Leroy Schubert of Wiley, Texas.
Funeral services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Chick family. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
