Janet L. Cline, 81, of House Springs died April 18, 2015, at Big River Nursing Center in Cedar Hill. Mrs. Cline was a manager with the Jefferson/Franklin Community Action Corp. Born June 25, 1933, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Gertrude (Reiff) Krahn.
She is survived by her husband: Robert B. Cline; three sons: Robert S. (Mary) Cine of Festus, Donald (Terri) Cline of Hillsboro and Gary (Becky) Cline of New Haven, Conn.; a daughter: Cheryl Curtis of Jonesboro; two sisters: Carole Careaga of Arizona and Shirley Prince of Texas; 12 grandchildren: Jon, Mandy, Adam, Stephanie, Heather, Aaron, Katie, Dustin, Ryan, Emily, Jeremy and Patrick; and 12 great-grandchildren: Tommy, Ella, Noah, Brianna, Charlotte, Sage, Kai, Sydney, Ava, Isabel, Cole and Summer. She was preceded in death by five siblings.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis County. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 23, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 6550 Hwy. 21, in Imperial, officiated by Pastor Charlie Schultz. Burial is in the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
