James Roleigh Romaine Jr., 75, of Festus died Feb. 12, 2019, at Festus Manor. Mr. Romaine was a logistics supervisor at Emerson Electric. He was also a member of Hawg Hawlers Bass Club of St. Louis. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. Born Jan. 24, 1944, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late James Roleigh Romaine Sr. and Charlotte (Ikemeyer) Romaine.

He is survived by his wife: Sheryl Ann (Massey) Romaine of Festus; five sons: James R. (Rachel) Romaine III of Hillsboro, Jeffry (Donna) Romaine of House Springs, Jason (Becky) Romaine of Fenton, Joseph (Krystal Meador) Romaine of Festus and Jared (Gina) Romaine of Hillsboro; four stepchildren: Saunya (Derek) Burden of Bentonville, Ark., Gary Coatney Jr. of Hermiston, Ore., Donavon (Adrienne) Coatney of Whidbey Island, Wash., and Bobbie (Randy) Qualls of Lakeside, Ore.

He was preceded in death by a sister: Joyce Greskoviak.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at St. John Catholic Church, 4614 Blue Springs Drive, in Imperial, officiated by Father Richard Coerver. Memorials may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
