James Paul Mills, 88, of Arnold died Dec. 16, 2013, in St. Louis County. Mr. Mills is survived by his wife, Rubie L. (Ivy) Mills of Arnold.
Funeral services were held Dec. 20 at First Baptist Church of Arnold, officiated by Pastor Brad East. Burial was in the Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association. Arrangements were under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home in Arnold.
